We offer complete or partial purchase of estate items as a private alternative to an invasive estate sale in your residence. Once we agree upon a price, our staff will professionally move your estate and deliver payment immediately. This process is a private and stress free alternative to estate sales, ensuring that all items will be either sold or removed from your site.
In the event that there are a few pieces in your estate that do not have resale value, we can make a donation in your name or to the charity of your choice at Community Thrift on Valencia St.
We can also haul mattresses and other unwanted debris for a small fee.
