Hybrid work is now a part of life, reflecting how we live and design our apartments and listings.  In this small space, we’ve designed it to be a balanced modern live/ work space, perfect for those who need to work remotely. Whether you’re walking into the apartment or

 viewing a cover photo online, the initial first glance will leave a long-lasting impression. The goal is to invite you to explore a home and not get lost in the back pages of a search.  Another significant impact design tool is to create multipurpose spaces with furniture to create an open and inviting live/work design space. For instance, the dining table can double as a workspace, and the sofa can be transformed into a bed for guests.   Harrington Galleries creates spaces to fulfill the requirements of impactful visual statement spaces in cooperation with multipurpose interior design for hybrid working at home or financing a travel bug by listing your apartment. Power Wall Cover Photo as a visual bookmark 

The initial photo must be impactful and memorable to get people to remember an address after a first glance. We have created a listing that fulfilled this memorable requirement with Wallpaper to create a power wall! It’s a small space, so a statement wall has a huge impact but also sets the mood for the home or visit and is a visual bookmark. This listing is on the ground floor with a garden, so we chose a botanical theme with abstract floral wallpaper by Aimee Wilder out of Brooklyn, New York. The wallpaper has gorgeous colors with coral, purple, and teal accents, which lends itself to great home decor inspiration for custom furniture pieces. Hybrid Living – Custom,  New, and Mid-Century Vintage Furniture

This ground-floor garden apartment is an open floor plan with one bedroom, so we needed to optimize space for maximum utility of purpose to fit the modern work-at-home lifestyle.  The living/dining/ kitchen space has one space and a visual line, so we used some of our favorite pieces to make this space a cozy home office.
